As a Crew Controller, you play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations. You support and monitor our flight crews, make sure all duty regulations are met, and coordinate logistics that keep our operation running seamlessly. No two days are the same - and that's exactly what makes this role exciting:

Monitor and ensure compliance with crew duty limitations according to applicable regulations
Organize crew travel, transfers, and hotel accommodations
Maintain high standards of crew care and support well-being
Proactively solve operational challenges and adapt to schedule changes
Work closely with Flight Operations and other internal teams

You are the person who keeps the big picture in mind - even when flight schedules change at short notice.

Your profile

Fluent English, both written and spoken
Basic aviation knowledge (e.g., duty regulations, flight operations, crew planning)
Structured and detail-oriented working style
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Calm, resilient, and composed under pressure
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Independent and responsible work approach
Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays

About us

Founded in 2021, Platoon Aviation’s vision is to become the market's leading charter operator, achieved by leveraging advanced technology, state-of-the-art aircraft, and our team's unparalleled expertise.

In 2026 Platoon is operating 11 identical PC-24, which operate on a floating fleet model across Europe (i.e. the aircraft have no fixed home base). The PC-24 offers an unparalleled level of comfort for our passengers, coupled with exceptional performance capabilities and better luggage capacity.

Operating on an ad hoc basis, Platoon does not offer a scheduled service but according to market trends and individual demand from clients. Platoon operates in a B2B style model, which means we work principally with brokers across the world, and this has enabled us to already become a recognized brand and airline on the market due to the higher volume of flights we are able to operate.

Platoon is determined to set the new benchmark in private charter when it comes to service and experience, and truly make our guests feel at home in the sky when they fly Platoon.

Als Crew Controller:in (m/w/d) bist du das Herzstück zwischen Crew, Operation und Planung. Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Crews optimal betreut sind, alle regulatorischen Anforderungen eingehalten werden und unsere Operation reibungslos verläuft - professionell, strukturiert und mit echter Leidenschaft für Aviation:

Überwachung und Einhaltung von Crew Duty Limitations gemäß geltender Regularien
Organisation von Crew-Reisen, Transfers und Hotels
Sicherstellung eines hohen Betreuungsstandards und Unterstützung des Crew-Wellbeings
Proaktive Problemlösung bei operativen Änderungen
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Flight Operations und weiteren internen Schnittstellen

Du bist die Person, die den Überblick behält - auch wenn sich Flugpläne kurzfristig ändern.

Fließendes Englisch in Wort und Schrift
