Your mission

In this role, you will be the heart of the onboard experience in our Cessna Citation Longitude, ensuring that every journey reflects the highest standards of private aviation. You create more than just service - you shape an atmosphere of calm, refined luxury where discretion, anticipation of needs and genuine hospitality define every moment on board. Our passengers expect absolute excellence, you are the person who makes this standard feel effortless, personal and consistently exceptional.

To achieve this, you will take full responsibility for the cabin environment and the guest experience from take-off to landing:

Deliver a highly personalizes, discreet VIP service tailored to individual passenger preferences
Ensure impeccable cabin preparation, presentations and continuous onboard comfort
Coordinate and serve premium catering in line with fine dining and executive aviation standards
Anticipate guest needs proactively, ensuring a seamless and uninterrupted experience
Maintain the highest safety standards and strictly follow all operational procedures
Carry out all post-flight duties, including cleaning, tidying and resetting the cabin, replenishing onboard stock items and completing accurate reporting to Headquarter where required
Represent the company with professionalism, elegance and absolute confidentially
Adapt flexibility to international, varying schedules and short-notice flights

Your profile

Strong background in luxury hospitality, fine dining service or VIP client environments
Valid certification for cabin crew (recognized by EASA)
Proven experience as Cabin Crew in private aviation or First / Business Class service
Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a strong advantage
High degree of travel flexibility and willingness to be away from home for multiple consecutive days, including weekends and public holidays
Strong sense of cultural awareness, respect and adaptability when interacting with international guests
Confident working independently as the sole cabin presence, while ensuring close and professional coordination with the cockpit crew
Calm, composed and solution-oriented personality, even in high-pressure or challenging situations
Emotional intelligence is a key part of the job
Unrestricted EU-passport and right to work in the EU
Driving license
Minimum age: 21 years

About us

Founded in 2021, Platoon Aviation’s vision is to become the market's leading charter operator, achieved by leveraging advanced technology, state-of-the-art aircraft, and our team's unparalleled expertise.

In 2026 Platoon is operating 12 identical PC-24, which operate on a floating fleet model across Europe (i.e. the aircraft have no fixed home base). The PC-24 offers an unparalleled level of comfort for our passengers, coupled with exceptional performance capabilities and better luggage capacity.

Operating on an ad hoc basis, Platoon does not offer a scheduled service but according to market trends and individual demand from clients. Platoon operates in a B2B style model, which means we work principally with brokers across the world, and this has enabled us to already become a recognized brand and airline on the market due to the higher volume of flights we are able to operate.
