As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Flight Dispatcher to join our Operations team on-site in our Hamburg office and actively support the safe and efficient execution of our flights:

Prepare and file flight plans in compliance with regulatory and company requirements
Conduct weather analysis (METARs, TAFs, NOTAMs, winds aloft) and operational risk assessments
Calculate fuel requirements, payload limitations, alternates, and route optimization
Monitor active flights and provide real-time operational support to flight crews
Coordinate with ground handlers, FBOs, fuel providers, and aviation authorities
Liaise closely with the Commercial Department regarding scheduling, aircraft availability, and client operational requirements
Ensure compliance with aviation regulations, MEL/CDL limitations, and company SOPs
Maintain accurate operational records and reports

Your profile

Minimum 2 years of experience in aviation operations or flight dispatch
Solid understanding of flight planning, meteorology, and aviation regulations
Strong communication, coordination, and decision-making skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in operational systems
Flight Dispatcher License is an advantage but not mandatory
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory; German language skills are an advantage
Unrestricted right to work in the EU

Unsere operativen Abläufe basieren auf hohen Sicherheitsstandards, strikter Einhaltung regulatorischer Vorgaben sowie einem klaren Fokus auf operative Exzellenz.

Im Rahmen unseres weiteren Wachstums suchen wir einen erfahrenen und detailorientierten Flight Dispatcher (m/w/d), der unser Operations-Team vor Ort in unserem Hamburger Büro verstärkt und die sichere sowie effiziente Durchführung unserer Flüge aktiv unterstützt.:

Erstellung und Einreichung von Flugplänen unter Berücksichtigung gesetzlicher und unternehmensinterner Vorgaben
Durchführung von Wetteranalysen (METAR, TAF, NOTAM, Winde in der Höhe) sowie operativen Risikoanalysen
Berechnung von Treibstoffbedarf, Nutzlastbeschränkungen, Ausweichflugplätzen und Routenoptimierung
Überwachung aktiver Flüge und Bereitstellung operativer Unterstützung in Echtzeit für die Flugbesatzungen
Koordination mit Handling-Agents, FBOs, Treibstoffanbietern und Luftfahrtbehörden
Enge Abstimmung mit der firmeninternen Sales-Abteilung hinsichtlich Flugplanung, Flugzeugverfügbarkeit und operativen Kundenanforderungen
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung luftfahrtrechtlicher Vorschriften, MEL/CDL-Beschränkungen sowie unternehmensinterner SOPs
Pflege und Dokumentation operativer Unterlagen und Reports

Ihr Profil

Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Flugvorbereitung und -überwachung oder als Flight Dispatcher
Fundierte Kenntnisse in Flugplanung, Meteorologie und Luftfahrtvorschriften
Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Koordinations- und Entscheidungsfähigkeiten
Fähigkeit, auch unter Druck in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld zuverlässig zu arbeiten
Sicherer Umgang mit operativen Systemen und Software
Eine Flight Dispatcher-Lizenz ist von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
Fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind zwingende Voraussetzung; Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
Uneingeschränkte Aufenthalts- und Arbeitsgenehmigung innerhalb der Europäischen Union
