Monitoring and coordination of maintenance activities for assigned aircraft in close collaboration with maintenance organizations and internal departments
Evaluation and analysis of maintenance proposals to support decision-making, including independent commissioning of planned actions
Creation, maintenance, and review of maintenance packages for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance work, considering legal and company-specific requirements
Ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of maintenance documentation with aviation regulatory requirements (e.g., EASA, Part-M/Part-CAMO)
Recording, tracking, and reporting of maintenance events in the internal maintenance system, including the reporting of deviations and discrepancies
Maintenance of aircraft records and component life data to ensure complete and accurate technical documentation
Preparation and updating of forecast reports to support operational maintenance planning and capacity management
Participation in system audits and internal quality checks, including structured archiving of maintenance records, Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Service Bulletins (SBs), and other relevant documents

Your profile

Completed degree in engineering (e.g., aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering) or an equivalent qualification with relevant professional experience in an aviation-related environment
At least two years of relevant work experience in the aviation industry – ideally in Continuing Airworthiness, Maintenance Planning, or technical documentation
Solid understanding of aircraft systems, structures, and components
Familiarity with applicable EASA regulations, particularly Part-CAMO, Part-M, as well as manufacturer requirements and the Minimum Equipment List (MEL)
Initial hands-on experience with maintenance planning and MRO systems (e.g., CAMP, AMOS, TRAX or similar)
Strong IT skills, especially confident use of MS Office and web-based software
Independent, structured, and detail-oriented work style with a strong sense of quality
Excellent English skills, both written and spoken; additional language skills are a plus

About us

Founded in 2021, Platoon Aviation’s vision is to become the market's leading charter operator, achieved by leveraging advanced technology, state-of-the-art aircraft, and our team's unparalleled expertise.

In 2025 Platoon is operating 10 identical PC-24, which operate on a floating fleet model across Europe (i.e. the aircraft have no fixed home base). The PC-24 offers an unparalleled level of comfort for our passengers, coupled with exceptional performance capabilities and better luggage capacity.

Operating on an ad hoc basis, Platoon does not offer a scheduled service but according to market trends and individual demand from clients. Ihre Aufgaben

Du liebst Flugzeuge, hast ein Auge fürs Detail und willst in einem dynamischen Umfeld Verantwortung übernehmen? Dann komm zu Platoon Aviation und unterstütze uns dabei, unsere PC-24-Flotte jederzeit in Topform zu halten – mit diesen spannenden Aufgaben:

Überwachung und Koordination von Wartungsmaßnahmen an den zugewiesenen Luftfahrzeugen in enger Abstimmung mit Instandhaltungsbetrieben und Fachabteilungen.
Bewertung und Analyse von Instandhaltungsangeboten zur Entscheidungsfindung sowie eigenständige Beauftragung geplanter Maßnahmen.
Erstellung, Pflege und Kontrolle von Wartungspaketen für geplante und ungeplante Instandhaltungsarbeiten unter Berücksichtigung gesetzlicher und betrieblicher Vorgaben.
Sicherstellung der Korrektheit, Vollständigkeit und Konformität der Wartungsdokumentation mit luftfahrtrechtlichen Anforderungen (z. B. EASA, Part-M/Part-CAMO).
Erfassung, Nachverfolgung und Rückmeldung von Wartungsereignissen im internen Wartungssystem sowie Meldung von Abweichungen und Fehlern.
Pflege von Luftfahrzeugakten und Lebensdaueraufzeichnungen für Komponenten zur Sicherstellung einer lückenlosen technischen Dokumentation.
Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Forecast-Reports zur Unterstützung der operativen Wartungsplanung und Kapazitätssteuerung.
Mitwirkung bei Systemaudits und internen Qualitätsprüfungen, inklusive strukturierter Archivierung von Wartungsnachweisen, Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Service Bulletins (SBs) und weiteren relevanten Dokumenten.

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossenes ingenieurwissenschaftliches Studium (z. B. Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik, Maschinenbau) oder gleichwertige Qualifikation mit relevanter Berufserfahrung in einer luftfahrttechnischen Umgebung.
Mindestens zwei Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Luftfahrt – idealerweise im Bereich Continuing Airworthiness, Maintenance Planning oder technische Dokumentation.
Solides Verständnis von Flugzeugsystemen, -strukturen und -komponenten.
Vertrautheit mit den geltenden EASA-Regularien, insbesondere Part-CAMO, Part-M, sowie Herstellervorgaben und der Minimum Equipment List (MEL).
Erste praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit Wartungsplanungs- und MRO-Systemen (z. B. CAMP, AMOS, TRAX oder vergleichbar).
Gute IT-Kenntnisse, insbesondere sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und webbasierter Software.
Selbstständige, strukturierte und detailorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsbewusstsein.
Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil.
